1999 |
Graduate institution of integrated medicine was established in 1999 and as the first and the only graduate institution which integrated the theory and practice of the Chinese and western medicine. Dr. Shung-Te Kau served as the first director in 1999. |

2000 |
Dr. Chuang-Wei Chen served as the second director of institution from 2000 to 2002. |

2003 |
Dr. Kua-Juei Lin served as the third director of institution from 2003 to 2005. |

2006 |
Dr. Wen-Chi Chen served as the fourth and fifth director of institution from 2006 to 2011. |

2009 |
The graduate institute of Integrative medicine was site-visited for program evaluation by Higher education evaluation and accreditation council of Taiwan (HEEACT) on May 18 and 19, 2009 and the result was accredited. |

Dr. Ching-Liang Hsieh served as the sixth director of institution since 2012. |
