• 法源依據：依照中西醫結合研究所中西醫結合專題討論規定要點辦理。
  Legal basis: according to the key points of the Seminar on Graduate Institute of Integrated Medicine
• 請於報告前務必先與指導教授討論報告內容。
  Please discuss the content of the report with the advisor before your present.
• 最晚於報告前一週繳交指導教授已確認之報告大綱，並於報告後二週內繳交書面作業。
  Submit the report outline confirmed by the advisor no later than one week before the present, and submit the written assignment within two weeks after the present.
  書面作業報告格式Written report form：碩士班master、博士班doctor
• 請依照Seminar Grading Form進度，簽名後連同書面作業繳交至辦公室。
