利用人類疾病果蠅動物模式平台進行老化相關的疾病及抗老化和長壽相關的研究

Area of my study:

Mainly using human disease fruit fly animal model platform and related experimental technology to carry out aging-related (or age-related) diseases and anti-aging and longevity-related research, in order to accelerate the identification of new molecular rotation and research and development of new therapeutic drugs.

 

Research focus:

Mainly using the human disease fruit fly animal model platform for aging-related diseases and anti-aging and longevity-related research, hoping to find out the disease-causing transverse and therapeutic drugs. Current research focuses include disease-causing molecular rotation and drug development for the following diseases:  Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, microcephaly, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, memory degradation, kidney stones, and others.

主要利用人類疾病果蠅動物模式平台及相關實驗技術來進行老化相關(或年紀相關)的疾病及抗老化和長壽相關的研究,藉以加速找出新的分子機轉及研發新的治療藥物。

 

研究重點:

主要利用人類疾病果蠅動物模式平台進行老化相關的疾病及抗老化和長壽相關的研究,期盼能找出致病機轉及治療藥物。目前研究的重點包括下列疾病的致病分子機轉及藥物開發: 巴金森氏症、阿茲海默症、小腦萎縮症、肌萎縮側索硬化症、記憶退化、腎臟結石及其他。
